We're looking for a Data Analyst who'll process and analyze data so we can make our business activities more data-informed and effective.

We are focused on creating products that are used by millions around the world. Some of our products include Clockify (time tracking app), Pumble (business communication app), and Plaky (task management app).

Clockify is the world's #1 time tracker, used by millions, from individuals to big companies like Hewlett-Packard Enterprise, American Express, Amazon, etc.

Responsibilities

  • Work with company's teams on reliable business analytics solutions
  • Design data tracking specifications and take care of data quality
  • Strategize measurement plans and take care of their operationalization to match business needs
  • Write complex SQL queries to analyze data and pull out requested data samples
  • Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and insights
  • Create dashboards and visualizations to present insights to stakeholders (Tableau)

Requirements

  • A university degree in mathematics, computer science, or social science with focus on statistics (economics, psychology, sociology, demography) with a GPA above 9
  • 3+ years of experience in the field of Data Analytics, Digital Analytics, Data Science or Business Intelligence
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with cloud database management systems
  • Strong proficiency in Tableau (visuals should be in compliance with core rules of statistics)
  • Deep understanding of business intelligence in a context of the SaaS model and marketing and product needs
  • Ability to work in the CET timezone (9:00-17:00 UTC+1)
  • Fluent in Ex-Yu languages (Serbian, Bosnian, Croatian, Montenegrin)

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in statistical programming (R, Python, Scala, Java)
  • Advanced university degree in mathematics, statistics, data science
  • Data Science experience (tabular problems)
  • Web or product analytics experience
